Foundation First

We integrate continuous insulation, capillary breaks, and vapor barriers into every foundation—setting the stage for a dry, efficient, and durable structure. Whether slab-on-grade, crawlspace, or basement, we detail every condition to Passive House–level precision.

Air-Tight Envelope

Our site-built walls and roof systems are taped, sealed, and detailed using industry-leading membranes and tapes. This continuous air barrier strategy delivers blower door results well below standard code—because real performance starts with real air control.

Thermal & Moisture Control

We use robust insulation strategies—dense-pack cellulose, mineral wool, or EPS—based on project needs. Our assemblies stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and dry all year round.

Ventilated Rain Screens + WRBs

Moisture is managed from the outside-in with smart weather-resistive barriers and properly detailed ventilated rain screens—extending the life of your siding and your structure.

Mechanical Systems That Work

High-efficiency heat pumps, ERVs, and all-electric systems designed for comfort, health, and low energy bills. And because we build in the field, our mechanical designs are site-verified, not just modeled.
