This Melrose project is a full high performance transformation with a new garage, primary suite, enlarged deck, upgraded envelope, wood fiber insulation, WRB vapor-open detailing, Triple Glazed windows, heat pump mechanicals, EV charging, and solar!

The TimberHP insulation is now disappearing behind the primary water-control layer and siding…one of those stages where the house starts to look more finished, but the real story is happening in the layers underneath.
