This Belmont interior renovation focused on elevating everyday spaces while improving the performance and comfort of the home as a whole. Working closely with the design team, we made strategic floor plan adjustments to improve circulation and connection between rooms, creating bright and welcoming living and dining spaces for a growing family. Custom millwork, refined stair and trim details, and integrated storage solutions—including a fully built-out walk-in closet—bring warmth and continuity throughout the home, while the primary bathroom was transformed into a calm, spa-inspired retreat.
Behind the finishes, this project was equally focused on performance. Like all of our work, we began with a complete Manual J, D, and S mechanical design immediately after structural plans were issued; well before permitting or final construction documents. This allowed us to engineer comfort from the start, incorporating calculated CFM per room, a zoned duct system with dampers, balanced ventilation through an ERV, whole-home humidity control, and an integrated heat pump water heater. By coordinating these systems early with the architectural design, we ensure quiet operation, consistent comfort, and healthy indoor air.
The result is a renovation that blends thoughtful design, precise craftsmanship, and building science, creating a home that feels timeless, comfortable, and beautifully built for the long term.
