Built atop a blasted granite hillside, Cliff House is one of our most technically complex builds to date. The entire home is elevated on a steel pier system due to extreme topography, requiring careful coordination from structural engineering to envelope integration. Even with these challenges, we achieved Net Zero performance metrics, proving that beauty, performance, and complexity can coexist in perfect balance.
